Event Planning
Direct Engagement does not charge or mark-up for the facilities, food and
event locations employees. It does not charge fees for its people in planning
the roundtables only for the costs in respect to transportation, food & lodging
for out of town events. This charge is born by the ‘Peer-to-Peer Roundtable’ sponsor
unless otherwise indicated in the service agreement. Invoices are submitted
to and paid directly by the Peer-to-Peer sponsor unless a budget with 75 percent
deposit is made to DEI to pay for such costs.
Discussion Themes
Direct Engagement’s Peer-to-Peer Roundtable successes can be attributed
to the highly topical discussion themes it brings forward. They are complemented
by matter experts with media exposure that comprise the panel for the topic
presented. It is therefore that DEI will not put a discussion theme at a maximum
6 months out with most being 3 months and less.
